Update to QSL Direct conditions

QSL has updated its QSL Direct Conditions in order to support the new GST arrangements coming into place in Wilmar milling districts from 1 July 2021.

Clause 11.9 has been added to the QSL Direct Conditions to enable QSL to issue Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs) and states:

QSL and the Grower agree that where the Grower makes a supply under or in connection with the GPA, QSL can issue recipient created tax invoices, and the Grower will not issue tax invoices, in respect of those supplies. Each of QSL and the Grower acknowledge that they are registered for GST and will notify the other if they cease to be so registered.

Pricing Managers can find the latest version of the QSL Direct Conditions in their QSL Direct account by clicking on the Conditions and Preferences tab under GPA Details, or by visiting their local QSL office.

Changes to your farm arrangements
