COVID-19 Statement of Regulatory Intent
WHS Regulators have revised the Statement of Regulatory Intent – COVID-19, which sets out their approach to ensuring WHS compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The revisions ensure the Statement remains current and relevant. Updates include the addition of new information on COVID-19 vaccines.
The Statement does not apply to the WHS regulators in the Australian Capital Territory and in Victoria.
