Securing support and funding for water projects is becoming more competitive, and the process more complex. Building Queensland has recently released the new business case framework for infrastructure and other projects in Queensland.
The Building Queensland’s Business Case Development Framework ensures a consistent approach to proposal development, enabling decision-makers to compare investment opportunities. The framework guides business case investment proposals through three distinct stages.
In this webinar, Angus MacDonald and Matt Bradbury from Jacobs will provide practical, commercial guidance on what your organisation can do to maximise its chances of securing investment for water projects under this new framework.
About the Presenters:
Angus MacDonald leads the Strategic Water Team at Jacobs and has a market-leading reputation for working with irrigators, industry and governments at all levels to build the business and investment cases necessary to get water projects from concept to reality. He recently led the successful Granite Belt Irrigation Project detailed business case which secured conditional funding and is progressing towards construction in early 2021.
Matt Bradbury specialises in leading complex water projects and managing the development of business cases under the Building Queensland framework. He has recently led the business case processes in Townsville, the Lockyer Valley and Burnett Region.
