A period of positivity in sugar based on an improving fundamental outlook that lasted right up until the final week before the March expiry has completely reversed. Only one word can describe the overwhelming macro environment in its current state; panic.

QSL is still on the job 
While our QSL regional offices are temporarily unmanned, our QSL Grower Representatives are still on the job and available to assist you with enquiries, training and information. 
The way we do this while maintaining the well-being of our staff and valued QSL customers has changed, and while face-to-face appointments are not an option right now, there are still many ways we can assist you. 

  • Call us and talk through your pricing options
  • Book a one-on-one, over the phone training session (QSL Direct & nominate your 2020-Season tonnes before 30 April).
  • Video calls
  • Email

DATE REMINDER


15 April 2020: The 2020-Season Standard Advance Rate is scheduled to increase to 90%
16 April 2020: Pricing Completion Date for the May 2020 Contract for growers using the QSL Individual Futures Contract.
17 April 2020: Pricing Completion Date for QSL’s 2019-Season Target Price Contract.

2020-Season Pre-Crush Advance Payment 
Payments will be made today for QSL Growers who selected the 2020-Season Pre-Crush Advance Payment Scheme, with Payment Statements to be available in your QSL Direct account this evening.

QSL Standard Advance rate increase
13 April: The QSL Standard Advance rate is scheduled to increase to 90%. Please click here to read our full 2019-Season Indicative Advances Schedule.

Cancelled events 
As the number of events, meetings and other gatherings around the state continue to be cancelled or postponed due to new regulations and laws around curbing the spread of COVID-19, we advise you to contact the relevant event organisers directly to receive the latest information.
