February Advance rate increase

QSL's Standard Advance rate for the 2019 Season will increase to 82.5% from 19 February 2020. Based on indicative pool values as of 31 January 2020, this equates to a $16/tonne increase to the Standard QSL default Advance payment, bringing it to $332/tonne IPS.

Growers using QSL Direct are reminded they can generate a Cash Flow Forecast under the 'Reporting' tab within the 2019 Season section of their accounts. Those using this feature are reminded they should regularly generate a new forecast to capture any changes to pricing values and Advance payment rates.

The Standard 2019 QSL Advance rate is scheduled to increase to 87.5% from 18 March 2020. Please click here to read our full 2019-Season Indicative Advances Schedule.

Feb 2020 Guaranteed Floor Pool closing soon

Nominations for the new February 2020 Guaranteed Floor Pool will close this coming Thursday 20 February 2020 at 4pm.

This new pool was recently launched to take advantage of current pricing levels, and offers growers a guaranteed minimum return or 'floor', as well as 50% participation in any pricing achieved above a set 'strike price'.

Nominations can be made in a minimum or multiple of 10 tonnes, with indicative floor and strike prices available on the QSL homepage (www.qsl.com.au) and via our Daily Price Update email up until the floor and strike prices are confirmed on 21 February 2020.

Should the floor achieved after nominations close be more than $10 less than the last published indicative floor price, the pool will be cancelled and growers will have the opportunity to reallocate their nominated tonnage to another 2020-Season pricing option.
